Artscape Wychwood Barns is a unique meeting place serving the arts, environment and the diverse communities that make up Toronto's St. Clair and Bathurst neighbourhood. As Construction Manager, Dalton built four barns and ensured integration of the buildings with the surrounding park. Throughout the project, Dalton was committed to the compatibility of the structures with Heritage principles. The Barns are expected to be the first heritage building redevelopment project in Canada to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Canada Certification.
