The Hot Stove Club, constructed at the Air Canada Centre in 1999, maintains the
tradition of the original club at Maple Leaf Gardens. The restaurant and show kitchen were constructed within approximately 4,000 square feet of space that was originally designed for office use. Installation of the kitchen was very complex due to the limited ceiling space and required careful coordination with equipment suppliers and contractors to ensure the space was maximized.
