Dalton was involved in converting the Vaughan Estate from a private mansion into a first-class hospitality and
private function facility, complete with two-storey additions. The exterior stone, leaded glass windows and slate roof were restored. The McLean House project involved the restoration of the interior and exterior, complete with banquet and conference facilities.
