This project involved the completed renovation of an existing one-storey Synagogue as well as the addition of a second floor on the existing building. Among the highlights was Dalton's construction of a new structural framing system to support the new second floor.
We provided value engineering throughout the design phase to evaluate and recommend options which provided Darchei Noam with the best value. All recommendations were made based on maintaining program and design intent.
