Dalton's work for the new headquarters of the National Ballet of Canada involved two phases. The first phase included removal of the main structural supporting columns to a 10-storey condominium. This accommodated rehearsal studios, administrative areas and new entrances. The second phase was for the tenant fitout of 70,000 square feet of space. All work was performed with minimal inconvenience to condominium tenants.
