Dalton has completed many additions and renovations at the Granite Club over the last 20 years. This has included a total renovation of the ladies locker room. The Granite Club main floor renovations included 35,000 SF of total interior renovation and a 7,000 SF deck. The five tennis courts were constructed on two existing residential properties which were re-zoned. The project included an air support structure for winter tennis, major retaining walls, inground water system and site drainage.
