Dalton renovated the 265,000 SF historically designated base building. The first order of business was to fitout the marketing centre, enabling prospective leaseholders to actually see the final look, finishes and functionality of their new spaces.
Existing brick walls were sandblasted, new historically approved wood windows were installed to match the existing, restoration of wood floors, new mechanical c/w air conditioning we provided.
